Hickey Fest is a 3-day independent music festival featuring 25 bands, community campgrounds, psychedelic projections and other relaxing adventures held in Leggett, California in Mendocino County, just 3 hours north of the Bay Area. Named after Standish Hickey State Park, where the South Fork of the Eel River shimmers against a backdrop of majestic redwoods, Hickey Fest takes place over summer solstice weekend: Friday-Sunday, June 16, 17 and 18– the 3 longest days of the year and somehow the 3 longest nights.
