EVERY TIME WE MAKE A WORK OF ART WE PUT A DOCUMENT OF IT HERE IN THIS JOURNAL FOR A JAPANESE DOCUMENTARIAN FILM MAKER SO THEY CAN MAKE A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT THIS ARTIST IN THIS WEBSITE BECAUSE THEN WE CAN GO TO JAPAN, HOPEFULLY NOT SO LATE IN LIFE THAT IS A CRUEL IRONY.  MOST PEOPLE BESIDES JAPANESE PEOPLE EVER GET TO GO TO JAPAN. WE UNDERSTAND, BUT WE GENUINELY WANT TO GO TO SEE THE COUNTRY AND OUR FRIEND NOBU.

Jessie and I walked from a parking lot to a beach trailhead, across highway one, and high up into the redwood forest. When we made it back to the highway, we were north of where we started, and made up the distance south by walking through fields that were next to the sea, and also high above it. I listed the camera settings for each photograph underneath each photo in hopes that this practice would learn to me understanding the numbers and becoming better at photography. So far this tactic has proven unsuccessful.
